About the role:
Raft is building mission-critical data platforms for the Department of War that process billions of events per day from hundreds of sensors and operational sources, delivering intelligence to operators who use it to make time-sensitive decisions. Our platform runs across multiple classification levels and deployment environments.
As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Raft, you won’t be operating in a pure infrastructure lane. You will be expected to understand the software you’re deploying, contribute to it when needed, and engage with the data pipelines flowing through the systems you manage. We’re looking for a Sr. Compliance Associate, Sanctions Regulatory Reporting to join us fully remote in the US. This role reports directly to Kraken’s Chief Sanctions Officer and sits at the heart of how we manage, improve and scale our sanctions reporting programme globally. You won’t just be executing a filing process. You’ll be actively improving it, driving automation across the end-to-end workflow and partnering with engineering and AI teams to build something more scalable and regulator-ready.
Own the preparation, quality control and timely submission of all outbound sanctions regulatory reports, including OFAC reports, the OFAC Annual Report of Blocked Property and reporting obligations across Payward’s international jurisdictions.
Maintain a filing calendar and proactively escalate risks of late or incomplete submissions to sanctions leadership, applying rigorous human oversight before every regulatory submission.
Identify and drive automation opportunities across the sanctions reporting workflow, from alert ingestion and case creation to report generation and filing tracker updates.
Work with AI and engineering teams to scope and test connectors between sanctions tooling and downstream reporting systems, using AI-assisted platforms including Claude to accelerate template drafting, narrative generation and QC workflows.
Partner with Regional Compliance Officers across non-US jurisdictions to solicit and incorporate local regulatory feedback, ensuring regional perspectives are integrated while maintaining sanctions programme integrity.
Serve as a trained backup for sanctions investigations and account closure decisions, supporting caseload surges and ensuring timely resolution to minimise regulatory exposure and client impact.
Document current-state processes and propose improvements that reduce manual effort without compromising regulatory accuracy or accountability.
3+ years of experience in sanctions compliance, regulatory reporting or a related financial crimes compliance function, ideally gained within financial services such as banking, crypto or fintech.
Working knowledge of OFAC regulations, SDN list screening and sanctions regulatory reporting obligations.
Hands-on experience using automation and AI tools, such as Claude or ChatGPT, to make the team faster and the work better.
Experience working with APIs, workflow connectors and case management systems such as Hummingbird, Zendesk or equivalent.

We are looking for a Senior Configuration Analyst to join our team based in India. Reporting to the Configuration Manager, this customer-facing role will focus on analysing requirements, documentation, design, and configuration of the INSTANDA platform to meet our clients’ needs. The ideal candidate will also be deeply involved in problem-solving and designing solutions to integrate technologies with the INSTANDA platform.

What you will do
Design, build, and deliver insurance products for distribution on the INSTANDA platform (training provided; no complex coding required).
Support the design and development of reusable integrations to enhance the functionality of the INSTANDA platform.
Offer pre-sales support by engaging in comprehensive workshops, oversee the configuration of feature targeted demos, and contributing to the initial project scoping and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates for prospective clients.
Participate in design and discovery workshops with clients and stakeholders. Support Business Analysts during workshops, interviews with stakeholders, and in analysing client documentation.
Facilitate configuring proof-of-concept demonstrations during the elaboration phase to showcase potential solutions.

Over 5 years of experience as a Senior Configuration Analyst or 2-5 years as a Business or Systems Analyst for SaaS software solutions. Ideally experience with INSTANDA or a similar SaaS competitor.
Over 2 years of experience in an IT based client-facing role within delivery/operations.
Proven experience with SaaS-based products preferably within the insurance or financial industry.
Highly proficient in Excel, with extensive experience in formulas, lookups, and various functionalities (excluding VBA).
Experience with third-party integrations, particularly focused on RESTful services.
Conceptual understanding of UI/UX design principles, including a foundational understanding of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. Other scripting experience such as Python is beneficial.
Proven ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to be organised and prioritize when managing multiple project deliverables.
Proven ability to write business requirements that capture clients’ key criteria and align them with commercial and technical considerations, which is essential for success.

Splash Financial is looking for a Senior Product Analyst to help us answer the “why” behind customer behavior and product performance. You’ll be the analytical lead of our product organization, owning the experimentation, instrumentation, and insight work that shapes our roadmap and the customer experience. In this role, you’ll design and analyze A/B tests, turning results into clear, compelling stories for both executives and cross-functional partners. You’ll lead our product analytics stack, define the metrics that matter, and build intuitive dashboards that give teams a trusted, self-serve view of product health. You’ll also build a unified customer 360 view that connects acquisition, onboarding, servicing, and outcomes, giving Splash a holistic understanding of our borrowers. Beyond the data work, you’ll own a lightweight research program — customer surveys, NPS analysis, and interview synthesis — ensuring product decisions are grounded in both quantitative rigor and qualitative insight. Sitting at the intersection of
data, product, and customer experience, this role is a critical partner in driving growth and conversion across our portfolio.
The base salary range for this role is $150,000 to $180,000 annually, based on market data and internal compensation practices. This role may also be eligible for a bonus component tied to individual and company performance. Final compensation will be determined by factors such as location, experience, and skill level.
