Weâre looking for a VP of Analytics to build and lead the team that powers how Muck Rack understands its business. This is our first dedicated analytics leadership hire at this level, and it represents an opportunity to shape the function from the ground up, owning the data platform, the metric definitions, and the analytical infrastructure that drives decision-making across every department.
Youâll lead a team of analytics engineers and business analysts, with the analysts embedded directly in departments. Your job is to make sure the entire company is working from the same numbers, that our operating cadences are powered by trustworthy and automated data, and that we are building toward an AI-native analytics experience where stakeholders can access insights on demand.
What makes this role distinctive is that itâs not just about building dashboards and answering data questions. Youâll act as a product manager for the analytics function, deeply understanding the workflows, decisions, and pain points of each business team your analysts serve, and proactively building the data products and tooling that help those teams perform at a higher level. Youâll balance the long tail of ad hoc requests against building the next layer of infrastructure, and youâll own the prioritization framework that keeps the team focused on the highest-leverage work.
This role reports directly to the COO/CFO.

This role requires up to 10% travel for team collaboration, customer engagements, and company events. As part of our commitment to building strong connections across our fully distributed team, attendance at our annual company offsite (typically held in Mexico) is expected.
In the US, the on target earnings for this role is $250,000 â $300,000, depending on skills and experience. Total compensation for this role consists of base salary, bonus, and equity. We take a geo-neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location.

The Executive Director, Scientific Information Integration provides strategic leadership across the scientific information and publications organization (SIP), serving individual programs as the central integrator between clinical regulatory writing, clinical trial transparency, library sciences, and scientific publications. This role is accountable for ensuring a seamless, compliant, and strategically aligned flow of scientific data and information from early clinical development through postâapproval and lifecycle management.
In addition, this position assesses and enables modern, technology-informed scientific communication practices including AI within SIP playing a critical role in maximizing cross-functional alignment to ensure efficiency and data driven excellence.

Provide leadership for the integration of scientific information activities, establishing cohesive program strategies that align the following with core program teams:

The typical annual salary range for this full-time position is listed below. This range reflects the characteristics of the job, such as required skills and qualifications and is based on the office location noted in this job posting. Role Overview:
As the VP of Engineering (VPE) at Kuda, you will lead a world-class engineering organization of 100+ software and quality engineers distributed across four countries. Your mission is built on three core pillars: Scale, Delivery, and Compliance. You will be the engine of internal execution, responsible for scaling our human organization, driving operational excellence, and ensuring our technical systems remain robust as we expand globally.
