The Role
We are looking for a Senior Configuration Analyst to join our team based in India. Reporting to the Configuration Manager, this customer-facing role will focus on analysing requirements, documentation, design, and configuration of the INSTANDA platform to meet our clients’ needs. The ideal candidate will also be deeply involved in problem-solving and designing solutions to integrate technologies with the INSTANDA platform.
We are looking for a smart and technically savvy individual with strong project management skills. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and analytical abilities and be a collaborative team player dedicated to delivering effective solutions for our clients. While prior experience with the INSTANDA platform is not required, a minimum of 5 years’ experience with configurable SaaS solutions is essential. Exposure to the insurance industry is highly advantageous.
Our clients often encounter technological and resource constraints, leading to lengthy and costly launches of new insurance products and offerings. However, with INSTANDA, insurers can build their products, establish distribution networks, test, and launch their offerings in unprecedented timescales, all without writing a single line of code. The individual in this role will ensure our customers can successfully and effortlessly achieve these goals and more.

What you will do
Design, build, and deliver insurance products for distribution on the INSTANDA platform (training provided; no complex coding required).
Support the design and development of reusable integrations to enhance the functionality of the INSTANDA platform.
Offer pre-sales support by engaging in comprehensive workshops, oversee the configuration of feature targeted demos, and contributing to the initial project scoping and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates for prospective clients.
Participate in design and discovery workshops with clients and stakeholders. Support Business Analysts during workshops, interviews with stakeholders, and in analysing client documentation.
Facilitate configuring proof-of-concept demonstrations during the elaboration phase to showcase potential solutions.
Effectively capture, comprehend, define, and document the business requirements, including configuration design, to ensure precise project estimates are produced.
Collaborate with client delivery and engineering teams to support the design and approval of new functionalities, including third-party integrations for data enrichment and reporting.
Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process for INSTANDA configurations and new functionalities.
Work closely with the Learning & Development team to develop and deliver training initiatives for clients and users on our SaaS product, ensuring a seamless handover of configurations to the business.
Adopt a proactive approach to troubleshooting, aiding both Support and Product Engineering teams.
Potential for travel to client destinations during design and discovery phases, as well as during UAT and go-live activities, when required by the client.
Adhere to INSTANDA’s information security policies, guidelines and best practices to protect our company and our clients.
Contribute to a culture of security awareness within the company.
Over 5 years of experience as a Senior Configuration Analyst or 2-5 years as a Business or Systems Analyst for SaaS software solutions. Ideally experience with INSTANDA or a similar SaaS competitor.
Over 2 years of experience in an IT based client-facing role within delivery/operations.
Proven experience with SaaS-based products preferably within the insurance or financial industry.
Highly proficient in Excel, with extensive experience in formulas, lookups, and various functionalities (excluding VBA).
Experience with third-party integrations, particularly focused on RESTful services.
Conceptual understanding of UI/UX design principles, including a foundational understanding of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. Other scripting experience such as Python is beneficial.
Proven ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to be organised and prioritize when managing multiple project deliverables.
Proven ability to write business requirements that capture clients’ key criteria and align them with commercial and technical considerations, which is essential for success.
Proficiency in drafting comprehensive design documents that accurately detail the configuration of client requirements within the INSTANDA platform.
Demonstrated ability to employ logical reasoning to develop and implement effective solutions, ensuring client requirements are meticulously configured within the INSTANDA platform.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts in clear, everyday language.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join one of our Product Tribes, the cross-functional units that own the end-to-end experience for a specific Toggl user role. You own your Tribe's direction, prioritization, and outcomes while working hands-on with design and engineering to ship work that matters. You'll do this as we build and launch Toggl Focus, our consolidated planning, time tracking, and time intelligence product.

As a Senior Product Manager, you own a product area end-to-end: its direction, prioritization, and outcomes. You are accountable not for process, but for clarity, judgment, and results. You work hands-on with design, engineering, and revenue to identify the highest-value opportunities, shape effective solutions, and ship improvements that matter. You act as a player-coach, raising the quality of thinking, decision-making, and execution within your Tribe.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Direction and prioritization

About the Role (your why)
The Senior Solution Architect plays a pivotal role in the presales and project delivery of solutions in Datacom’s Managed Operations line of business. The focus will be on business outcomes that can be realised by scoping projects which transform and mature our customers’ IT environments and improve the overall end user experience/risk posture/service delivery. Join Axon’s Business Solutions team as a Business Solutions Architect / Product Manager responsible for Axon’s Finance Systems portfolio. This role owns delivery and ongoing product management for critical finance platforms that support close, consolidation, revenue recognition, compliance, and financial reporting. In the near term, you will lead two high-visibility initiatives: the implementation of Axon’s Finance & Accounting Consolidation platform and a major RevStream upgrade. Over time, you will operate as the product owner for assigned finance systems, shaping roadmaps, prioritizing investments, and ensuring measurable business outcomes across Finance. You will partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Revenue Operations, Tax, IT, Engineering, and Enterprise Architecture. You own what gets delivered and why; technical teams own how it is built.
Location: This role is based out of our Seattle, WA office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesday through Friday, with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays. Product & Program Leadership
Act as the product manager and delivery lead for Axon’s Finance Systems, including consolidation, revenue, close management, and reporting platforms.
Lead the Finance & Accounting Consolidation implementation end-to-end: scope definition, roadmap planning, delivery execution, stakeholder alignment, and value realization.
Own the RevStream upgrade and future revenue system enhancements, ensuring alignment with revenue recognition standards and Finance strategy.
Translate complex finance, accounting, and compliance requirements into clear product requirements, prioritized backlogs, and phased delivery plans.
Drive cross-functional execution across Finance, IT, Engineering, Data, and external vendors.
Own release planning, UAT strategy, cutover readiness, and post-implementation adoption.
Ensure regulatory, statutory, and tax requirements (GAAP, statutory reporting, GAAP-to-Tax, Pillar 2, revenue recognition) are embedded into product scope and validated.
Product Ownership & Governance
Serve as the system/product owner for assigned Finance Systems, accountable for roadmap prioritization, tradeoffs, and platform health.
Establish governance for finance system changes, data quality, financial hierarchies, and master data in partnership with Finance and MDM teams.
Partner with solution architects and engineering leaders to review designs and manage dependencies (without owning technical architecture).
Define success metrics, track adoption, and communicate outcomes, risks, and tradeoffs to Finance and IT leadership.
Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve controls, and scale finance operations through automation and workflow improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
8+ years of experience in finance systems, business systems product management, or enterprise delivery roles
Deep understanding of financial close, consolidation, revenue recognition, reconciliations, and statutory reporting
Proven experience owning complex finance system initiatives (e.g., consolidation platforms, revenue systems, close automation)
Experience with platforms such as OneStream, Oracle EPM, Workiva, BlackLine, RevStream, or similar finance tools
Strong product management capabilities: roadmap ownership, backlog prioritization, stakeholder alignment, UAT leadership, and phased delivery
Technical fluency with ERPs and analytics platforms (D365 F&O, Snowflake, Power BI, Sigma) sufficient to partner successfully with engineering and data teams
Ability to operate autonomously on ambiguous, high-impact initiatives
Strong communication skills and executive presence; comfortable presenting recommendations and tradeoffs to senior stakeholders
Collaborative, outcome-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
